RTI Seminar 2003
First Awareness campaign in West Bengal in 2003 with a demand for WB State RTI Act. This is the first ever seminar held in Calcutta at Gorky Sadan demanding West Bengal State RTI Act. Among the dignatories presents over there were Smt. Shila Dixit the then CM of Delhi,Sri Debabrata Bandhopadhyay, Padma SRI Tusar Kanjilal, Sri D.P. Ray, Sri Bharat Dogra the then Chairman NCPRI and many more. Along with the meeting Smt. Dixit separately made a press conference also in the Gorky Sadan narrating the importance and success of RTI Act in Delhi.

Seminar on RTI at Lansdowne Hall, Coochbehar 2003
Program demanding State RTI Act in 2003 at Coochbehar, the furthest District in the North of our State inside the famous Lansdowne Hall. Speakers were Sri Debabrata Bandopadhyay former IAS and Amitava Chaudhury.

RTI Awareness Camp at Durga Puja Pandel 2006
The first awareness campaign during Durga Puja 2007 after the enactment of RTI Act 2005. First ever awareness campaign on RTI Act 2005 after the enactment in a South Calcutta Durga Puja premises. Number of important dignitaries were present like the First State Chief Information Commission and Secretery of the Commission Sri Arun Bhattacharjee and Sri Nandan Ray respectively . Among other Sri and Smt. Bibhuti Bhusan Nanday, Sri Sunanda Sanyal, Sri Deba Prasad Ray, Sri Ashoke Kumar Mukhopadhyay, Sri Sudin Bhattacharjee and many more others.
RTI Campaign at Krishnanagar in 2007
An awareness camp was organised inside and outside of the Krishnanagar Municipality in the year 2007.
Book Fair 2007
This Book Fair was organised by the of St. Xevier's Alumni Association inside the college complex. Among the important visitors was Sri Arun Bhattachrya first Chief Information Commission of West Bengal State Information Commission, Journalists Sri Snehasis Sur and Sri Tapas Ray MIC and many others.
2007 First Time RTI Camp in Kolkata International Book Fair
This is the picture of first RTI awareness camp in Kolkata International Book Fair in the year 2007 Among the dignitaries attended there were Sri Debabrata bandopadhyay , RTI activist Sri Subrata Kundu, First Secretary of State Information Commission Sri Nandan Roy, the then MIC of Fire Brigade department, journalist Sri Suman Bhattacharjee and many others.
Durbar - 2008
Awareness programme conducted for the members of Durbar Mahila Samanya Committee in 2008. Durbar is the organisation of Sex workers socially the most marginalised community. Awareness campaign on RTI organised for their members in 2008 when it was still unaware to the maximum people of our State. The number of the Sex Workers participant was quite large. One drama based on RTI also played inside and outside of the hall.
Program Visually Handicapped 2009
Photographs of awareness campaign on RTI Act during 2009 and 2010 in different places around our State for the visually impaired people organised by the National Institute of Visually Handicapped (NIVH), an organisation of Government of India with a personal initiative taken by Smt. B.D.Chaudhury.

Workshop Sept - 2013
Amitava Choudhury, Chief of RTI Cell, WB Pradesh Congress Committee organised an awareness and capacity building workshop on 1st September 2013 which was attended by the party MLAs, MPs, State and District leaders. Sri Pradip Bhattacharya MP, President PCC and Sri Manas Bhuiyan former PCC President were also present.
Book Fair 2015
Inside the Book Fair media centre a Workshop was organised on " RTI and good governance ". The eminent speakers were Sri Saugata Ray MP, Sri Samik Bhattacharya MLA and Sri Samik Lahiri former MP. Other speakers were Dr. Surajit Jana of DMSC and Dr. Franklin Menezes of SKC. Mr. Amitava Chaudhury moderated the programme.

In the Media Centre of the 43rd Kolkata Book fair a seminar was organised on RTI and it's Social Importance. The eminent speakers were Sri Rudra Prasad Sengupta, Sri Bikash Bhattacharya and Sri Sardar Amjad Ali. Moderator was Sri Amitava Choudhury.
